TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends
not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will
come into force on 01/02/2024 and have a maximum duration of 2 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
6 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow STW and their contractors to facilitate a new water connection
and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway
maintenance works.
Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as
specified in Schedules 2 and 3 to this Order are hereby temporarily
suspended for the duration of the works.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends
not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will
come into force on 29/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
10 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow National Grid (formerly WPD) and their contractors to undertake the
installation of new apparatus and Leicestershire County Council to carry out
various highway maintenance works.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Pinwall Lane, Ratcliffe Lane,
Sheepy; Main Road, Mill Lane, Sheepy Magna; Wellsborough Road,
Sheepy Parva; Burton Road, Wellsborough; Twycross Road,
Atherstone Road, Sibson; Sibson Road, Witherley and vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends
not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force
on 29/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
5 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake infrastructure installation
and maintenance.

to allow Cadent Gas and their contractors to facilitate emergency repairs
to a leaking main.

made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order
will come into force on 15/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of
12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may
last for up to 12 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being
enforced for public safety to allow STW and their contractors to undertake
investigatory works and install new apparatus, and, also, Leicestershire
County Council to facilitate any required maintenance work on the highway.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Various roads, signed on site.

has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984.
The Order will come into force on 15/01/2024 and have a maximum
duration of 6 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
5 months.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety
to allow National Highways and their contractors to facilitate carriageway
resurfacing and the replacement of permanent traffic signals on the
highway. The proposed diversion route will be via: Signed on site.

will come into force on 15/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of
3 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will
commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to
3 days.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public
safety to allow Openreach to undertake infrastructure inspections
and maintenance.
The proposed diversion route will be via: High Cross Road, Claybrook Parva;
A5 Watling Street, B4114 Coventry Road, Wigston Parva; Coventry Road,
Sharnford; and vice versa.

will come into force on 15/01/2024 and have a maximum duration of
4 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.
The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and
may last for up to 3 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is
being enforced for public safety to allow BT and their contractors to install
new apparatus.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Upton Lane, Higham Fields Lane,
Higham Lane Higham On The Hill, Higham Lane, Stoke Golding and vice versa.
