Treth y Cyngor Uwch ar gyfer Anheddau Gwag Hirdymor

 ac Anheddau a Feddiennir yn Gyfnodol (Ail Gartrefi).
Hysbysir drwy hyn fod y Cyngor, o dan Ran 7 o Ddeddf Tai (Cymru) 2014 sy’n diwygio Adrannau 12A a 12B o Ddeddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1992, mewn cyfarfod a gynhaliwyd ar 14 Rhagfyr 2023 wedi penderfynu ar y canlynol:
1.    Y bydd Premiwm presennol Treth y Cyngor o 25% yn 
achos Eiddo Gwag Hirdymor yn cynyddu o 01/04/24 ymlaen i:
a)    100% ar gyfer eiddo sy’n wag yn hirdymor ers pum mlynedd neu lai.
b)    150% ar gyfer eiddo sy’n wag yn hirdymor ers dros bum mlynedd a hyd at ddeg mlynedd (gan gynnwys deg mlynedd).
c)    200% ar gyfer eiddo sy’n wag yn hirdymor ers dros 
ddeg mlynedd.
Bydd pob cyfnod amser yn cynnwys y cyfnod cychwynnol cyntaf o 12 mis cyn bod annedd yn cael ei diffinio yn Eiddo Gwag Hirdymor am nad yw’n cael ei meddiannu a heb fawr o ddodrefn.
2a) Y bydd Premiwm presennol Treth y Cyngor o 25% yn achos Anheddau a Feddiennir yn Gyfnodol (Ail Gartrefi) yn cynyddu i 100% oddi ar 01/04/24. 2b) Y bydd Premiwm presennol Treth y Cyngor o 25% yn achos Anheddau a Feddiennir yn Gyfnodol (Ail Gartrefi) yn cynyddu i 150% oddi ar 01/04/25. Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yw’r awdurdod bilio ar gyfer Sir Ceredigion o dan Ddeddf Cyllid Llywodraeth Leol 1992.

Ceredigion County Council Notice
Council Tax Higher amount for Long-Term Empty Properties and for Dwellings occupied periodically (Second Homes).
Notice is hereby given that under Part 7 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, which amends both Section 12A and 12B of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, the Council, at a meeting held on 14 December 2023, determined the following:
1.    The existing 25% Council Tax Premium applicable to Long Term Empty Properties will increase with effect from 01/04/24, to:
a)    100% for Properties that have been Long Term Empty Properties for up to and including 5 years.
b)    150% for Properties that have been Long Term Empty Properties for over 5 years and up to and including 10 years.
c)    200% for Properties that have been Long Term Empty Properties for over 10 years. with all time periods including the initial continuous period of 12 months for a dwelling to become defined as a ‘Long Term Empty Property’ by virtue of it being unoccupied and substantially unfurnished.
2a)     The existing 25% Council Tax Premium applicable to Dwellings occupied periodically (Second Homes) will increase to 100% to take effect from 01/04/24.
2b)     The existing 25% Council Tax Premium applicable to Dwellings occupied periodically (Second Homes) will increase to 150% to take effect from 01/04/25.
