TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS

Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of
the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON
REPTON AVENUE, DERBY
WHEN: 15 January 2024 to 18 January 2024 (Daily: 08.00 to
15.30 Only) WHERE: Repton Avenue, from its junction with Littleover
Lane to its junction with Foremark Ave REASON: Carriageway
resurfacing ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Littleover Lane – Foremark Ave
– Repton Avenue and the same in the opposite direction

SITWELL STREET, SPONDON, DERBY
WHEN: 14 January 2024 WHERE: Sitwell Street, Spondon, from its
junction with lodge Lane to its junction with Sitwell Close REASON:
Waterworks ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Lodge Lane – Church Hill – Church
Street – Locko Road – Sancroft Road – Dale Road – Moor Street –
Sitwell Street and Sitwell Street – Willowcroft Road – Nottingham
Road – Derby Road – Spondon Roundabout Slip Road – Lodge Lane
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON
PARK LANE, LITTLEOVER, DERBY
WHEN: 15 January 2024 to 17 January 2024 WHERE: Park Lane,
from its junction with Burton Road to its junction with Park Drive
REASON: Telecom works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Park Lane – Mostyn
Avenue – Valley Road – Warwick Avenue – Burton Road. And
Burton Road – Warwick Avenue – Circumnavigate Warwick Avenue/
Stenson Road/Kenilworth Avenue/Stenson Road Roundabout –
Warwick Avenue – Valley Road – Mostyn Avenue – Park Lane.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON
DUKE STREET, DERBY
WHEN: 30 January 2024 (09:30 to 15:00 hours Only) WHERE: Duke
Street, St Mary’s Bridge from its junction with Sowter Road to its
Junction with Mansfield Road REASON: Bridge inspection
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Mansfield Road – St Alkmunds Way (A601) –
Eastgate – Circumnavigate The Pentagon – Eastgate – The
Underpass – St Alkmunds Way – King Street (A6) – Quaker Way –
Garden Street – Five Lamps – Duffield Road – Edward Street – Darley
Lane – Handyside Street. And Duke Street – Handyside Street –
Darley Lane – Edward Street – King Street – St Alkmunds Way (A601)
– Mansfield Road
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the
affected length of road. The road will be re-opened as soon as the
