NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/001027/23 - Application for 2 storey rear extension to the existing residence at Abbey Lodge, Greenfield Road, Holywell (This development affects the setting of a listed building).

LBC/000966/23 - Listed Building Application to Vary/Remove Condition 1 Planning Ref:061231 at Lluesty Hospital, Old Chester Road, Milwr (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

NOTICE OF MAKING THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

A541 HIGH STREET, CAERGWRLE

REMOVAL OF NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS.

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th December 2023, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to introduce: (a) The removal of sections of No Waiting At Any Time restrictions:-1. On the A541 High Street, Caergwrle Lay-by, outside property

numbers. 45, 47, 47a and The Glynne Residential Home. A section of No Waiting At Any Time restriction, will remain outside the rear access to property number 47.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.

Should you wish to view a copy of this Notice, the Order which will come into operation on the 19th December 2023, plans showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for the making of the Order, they may be inspected during normal opening hours at Flintshire Connects, Mold Library, Earl Road Mold CH7 1AP. The documents will also be available to be viewed on our website at www.Flintshire.gov.uk > Resident > Roads, Streets and Travel > Traffic Regulation Orders or you can request a copy of the documents by emailing Streetscene@flintshire.gov.uk or by calling 01352 701234. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
