The following planning application has been received which
affects the setting of a Listed Building

The following planning applications have been received
which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its

3. Conversion of cellar to kitchen with patio doors to garden,
modification to ground floor and replacement of steps to garden
at 52, Long Croft Street, Golcar, Huddersfield. Application No.
2023/93463.
4. Change of use from domestic to commercial, demolition of
existing workshop and erection of three storey office building
at Dene End Funeral Home, 50, North Road, Kirkburton,
Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93388.

is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent
5. Discharge conditions 3 (construction method statement), 4
(lime plastering), 5 (pointing), 6 (roof structure), 7 (windows and
doors), 8 (damp proofing) on previous consent 2022/91855 for
Listed Building Consent for repair and refurbishment of existing
cottage and external alterations at Dirker Cottages, Spring Head
Lane, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93542.
