The following planning applications have been received which
are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a
Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or
affect its setting
1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for erection
of link corridor at Princess Royal Community Health Centre,
Greenhead Road, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2023/93187 &
2023/93188.
The following planning applications have been received which
affect the setting of a Listed Building
2. Erection of 18 room extension to hotel at Cambridge Hotel, 4,
Clare Hill, Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93333.
3. Erection of detached dwelling adj, 2, Holmclose, Holmebridge,
Holmfirth. Application No. 2023/93385.
The following planning applications have been received which
affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a
Conservation Area or affect its setting
4. Installation of ramp, alterations to path leading and installation
of external lighting at Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Street,
Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/92954.
5. External alterations to former bank building to form restaurant
and takeaway, installation of extract ventilation system (class Eb)
at former Lloyds Bank, 22, Carr Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield.
Application No. 2023/93076.

either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
6. Erection of dwelling Adjacent, 2, Back Beacon Street, Birkby,
Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93166.

(Footpath No. DEN/66/40). Application No. 2023/92871.
8. Change of use and alterations to barn to form boarding kennels/
dog grooming/pet food shop at Moor Ford Barn, 146, Red Lane,
Meltham, Holmfirth (Footpath No. MEL/69/20). Application No.
2023/92960.
9. Erection of dwelling (within a Conservation Area) Adjacent,
2, Back Beacon Street, Birkby, Huddersfield (Footpath No.
HUD/341/20). Application No. 2023/93166.
The following planning application has been received which
constitutes Major Development, is a departure from the
Development Plan and affects a public right of way
10. Development of former Deighton Centre (previously Deighton
High School) comprising Social Emotional and Mental Health
School (use class F1) comprising single and two storey educational
buildings; roof mounted photo-voltaic panels; sensory garden
spaces; multi-use games areas; landscaping; hardstanding areas;
carparking; access with secure fencing and ancillary development
at former Deighton Centre, Deighton Road, Deighton, Huddersfield
(Footpath Nos. HUD/37/40, HUD/37/10 & HUD/37/20).

The following planning application has been received which
constitutes Major Development
11. Erection of single storey extension to rear of existing building
at Pennine Autos, Wakefield Road, Grange Moor, Huddersfield.
Application No. 2023/92129.
