I give notice that Yara UK Limited is applying
to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for
Hazardous Substances Consent at the Yara
UK Limited facility at Ozone Business Park,
Ozone Way, Howden. Goole, DN14 7SE.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of
the application at Yara UK Limited,
Pocklington Industrial Estate, Pocklington,
York, YO42 1DN between the hours of 08:00
a.m. and 16:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
about this application should write to East
Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall,
Beverley, HU17 9BA within 21 days of the
publication of this notice.
