Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 62 Tudor Road, Hayes
ii) Outside No. 34 Yew Avenue, West Drayton
iii) Outside No. 27–32 Welbeck Court, Welbeck Avenue, Hayes
iv) Outside No. 10 Keats Close, Hayes
v) Outside No. 46 Long Lane, Hillingdon
vi) Outside No. 8 Manningtree Road, Ruislip
vii) Outside No. 47 Harmondsworth Road, West Drayton
viii) Outside No. 38 Burnham Gardens, Hayes
3. Convert part of the Zone U6 permit holder parking place outside Nos. 23/24 Waterloo Road, Uxbridge to a blue badge disabled parking bay.
4. Convert part of the Zone SR permit holder parking place outside Nos. 348 West End Road, Ruislip to a blue badge disabled parking bay.
5. Convert part of the Zone SR permit holder parking place outside Nos. 537 Victoria Road, Ruislip to a blue badge disabled parking bay.
6. Extend the existing blue badge disabled parking bay outside Nos. 213/215 Whitby Road, Ruislip by 2 metres southwestwards.
7. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) On Edwards Avenue, Ruislip outside No. 40 Bourne Avenue.
ii) Outside No. 7 Newdigate Road, Harefield
iii) Outside No. 11 Cavendish Avenue, Ruislip
iv) Outside No. 21 Walford Road, Uxbridge
v) Outside No. 5 Bullrush Grove, Cowley
vi) Opposite No. 511 Victoria Road, Ruislip
8. Reduce the length of the Zone SR permit holder parking place outside No. 7 Masson Avenue, Ruislip by 0.8 metres, replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
9. Introduce short stay motorcycle parking places at the following locations in which motorcycles may wait for up to 20 minutes with no return within one hour, operational ‘at any time’:
i) Outside No. 51 Windsor Street, Uxbridge
ii) Outside No. 280 High Street, Uxbridge
iii) Outside Nos. 124 & 125 High Street, Uxbridge
10. Introduce a no return time of one hour for the existing goods vehicle loading only bay outside Nos. 277 to 280 High Street, Uxbridge.
11. Introduce a goods vehicle loading only bay adjacent to No. 2 Sutton Court Road, Hillingdon operational ’Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm’ where goods vehicles may load or unload for up to 20 minutes.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
OAK GROVE, EASTCOTE – At the junction of the access road adjacent to Nos. 7 & 9 Oak Grove leading to the car park.
WESTACOTT, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Park Lane, adjacent to No. 14 Park Lane by 19 metres.
SHAKESPEARE AVENUE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines between the junctions of Belmore Avenue and Coleridge Way.
MORRIS AVENUE, UXBRIDGE – At the junction with Worrall Lane, extending northwestwards to outside Nos. 19 and 21 Morris Avenue.
WORRALL LANE, UXBRIDGE – At the junction with Morris Avenue.
GOULD’S GREEN, HILLINDON – Near the entrance to the car park adjacent to Pear Tree House.
ROSEVILLE ROAD, HAYES – On the corner outside Nos. 94 and 96 Roseville Road.
BOURNE AVENUE, HAYES
i) At the junction with Carnarvon Drive.
ii) All of the access road between Bourne Avenue and Conway Drive.
CARNARVON DRIVE, HAYES – At the junction with Bourne Avenue.
CONWAY DRIVE, HAYES–All of the access road between Bourne Avenue and Conway Drive
