Notice of application for Hazardous Substances Consent.
I give notice that HW Coates Ltd is applying to West Lindsey District Council
for hazardous substances consent for the storage of products classified as
environmentally hazardous (Cat E1 and Cat E2) at HW Coates Ltd,
Horncastle Road, Bardney, Lincolnshire, LN3 5SY. This is to permit storage
of these products in additional locations at the premises and does not
increase current consent levels for these products. West Lindsey District
Council will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide
on what conditions to grant.
You may wish to inspect a copy of the application by visiting the site in
Bardney between 09:00 – 17:00 Mon - Fri (address provided above) within 21
days of this notice. If you wish to make representations about this application
you should write to West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard,
Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 2NA within 21 days of this notice.
