1. Variation of condition 2. (plans) on previous permission no.
2022/92434 for Listed Building Consent for replacement of fixed
pane glazing with double glazing at Briar Court, 28, Occupation
Road, Lindley, Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93319.
The following planning application has been received which
affects the setting of a Listed Building
2. Erection of mixed industrial development (Use Classes E(g)
(i, ii, iii), B2 and B8); including demolition of existing structures,
new yard, parking, landscaping, drainage features and ancillary
structures at Wappy Springs Inn, Lindley Moor Road, Lindley
Moor, Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93031.
The following planning application has been received which is
either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
3. Erection of single storey rear sunroom extension at 15, Mountjoy
Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2023/93224.

2023/92236 for Listed Building Consent for works on Huddersfield
Viaduct including re-construction of span 1 (John William Street
bridge); strengthening works to abutment of span 4 (Fitzwilliam
Street); in-filling of the partial span 5; re-construction of part of
span 29 (Bradford Road); provision of parapet handrails, spandrel
wall strengthening and installation of overhead electric line
equipment and signal gantry (partly within a Conservation Area)

constitutes Major Development
9. Variation of condition 2 (plans and specifications) on previous
permission 2020/91896 for demolition of existing dwelling and
erection of 15 dwellings with associated access and external
works at Pentlands, New Mill Road, Holmfirth. Application No.
2023/93029.
