School Admissions
Do you have a child between the ages 2 and 18 or have an
interest in school admissions?
If you do, West Sussex County Council would like your views
on our proposed admission arrangements for schools for
September 2025 entry.
We would welcome your views on:
• Admission numbers for all schools
• Key dates in the admission process
• The proposed oversubscription criteria for all community & controlled schools including the reduction of the admission numbers for a number of primary schools. You can view and participate in the consultation at

The consultation closes on 17th January 2024.

schoolconsultations@westsussex.gov.uk
Your local voluntary aided schools or academies will also be consulting you if they are proposing any changes to their admission arrangements.
