APPLICATION FOR THE APPROVAL OF A CHARITY REORGANISATION SCHEME
Grove's Educational Foundation has applied to the Charity Commission for approval of a reorganisation scheme permitting the sale of the Manor Farm Nursery School and the reinvestment of the proceeds for the benefit of the Charity. Anyone who wishes to note representations may do so to the solicitors for the Charity, Batt Broadbent Solicitors LLP, 42-44 Castle Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 3TX. All representations must be made no later than 8th December 2023.
