Plans for the Goole Freeport South Site

What is happening?

Residents and interested parties are invited to have their say on the
proposals for land forming part of the Goole Freeport Site, which is part
of the Humber Freeport Zone. Two sites totalling some 200 hectares form
the Goole Freeport Tax Site either side of the M62 motorway to the west
of the Goole 36 Enterprise Zone. St John's College, Cambridge are the
landowner of that part of the site south of the M62 motorway and Arup on
behalf of the College, are preparing an outline planning application for the
development of their site, which will act as an extension to Goole 36
Enterprise Zone.
Anyone can submit their views online at https://goolefreeportsouth.com
when the website goes live on Monday 4th December 2023, or attend
one of the two events on Thursday 7th December 3pm – 7pm at the
RaisE Business Centre, Tom Pudding Way, Goole, DN14 6BS and
Saturday 9th December 10am – 2pm at Junction Theatre & Cinema,
Paradise Place, Goole, DN14 5DL.
Pre-booking is not required to attend the events.
