PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000690/23 & LBC/000691/23 - Planning & Listed Building Applications for new accessible entrance, lift and toilets, kitchens and ancillary meeting rooms and offices to ensure the continued sustainability of the Grade II listed Capel Pendref at Kings Christian Centre - Pendref Chapel, Pwll Glas, Mold. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

FUL/000913/23 - Full planning permission including change of use from A1 to A3 to form bar in existing vacant shop property at 32, High Street, Mold (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000914/23 - Listed Building Consent for change of use from A1 to A3 to form bar in existing vacant shop property at 32, High Street, Mold (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

LBC/000916/23 - Listed Building Consent to replace the concrete interlocking tiled roof, which has clearly reached the end of its useful and effective life, and replace it with a traditional slate roof, repair windows and re-paint white. Repair external paint coating and cement based render beneath it. Gutters and drainage pipes will be repaired, re-painted and replaced on a like-for-like basis where necessary at Earl Buildings, Earl Road, Mold (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 LLANFYNYDD

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 24 November 2023 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in Ffynnon Farm Junction B5101 between its junctions with Cymau Road and B5101, Llanfynydd in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate repair defective works with associated works by BT Openreach.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 11 December 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed for 10 days or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. BG/FCC (TTRO) 048065.

SECTION 23 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ON COED ONN ROAD, FLINT

NOTICE is hereby given that the Flintshire County Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers proposes:-

a) The installation of a Zebra Pedestrian Crossing at the location as described in the Schedule to this Notice. Reason for Proposal: Flintshire County Council has identified Coed Onn Road, Flint as a location suitable for a zebra crossing facility. Flintshire County Council have been successful in obtaining funding to implement a crossing facility which will aid sustainable journeys to school. The facility will assist with safety concerns relating to access directly to the school as well as benefiting the wider community.

The usual prohibition of vehicles stopping, waiting, loading and unloading on the carriageway within the areas marked by Zig Zag lines on either side of the crossing will apply.

PROPOSED NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS

Flintshire County Council propose to make an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to introduce: (a) No Waiting At Any Time restrictions:-

1. On sections of the small service road, which lies between the B5102 Llay Road junction, with the A541 Wrexham Road junction, Cefn Y Bedd.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.

Restricted and Derestricted Roads) Order 2023, so as to impose: a) A speed limit of 50mph on:-

Cadole Road:

From its junction with the A494 to a point 80 metres south of its junction with High Park Estate, Gwernaffield as shown on Map Schedules H10, H11 and H12.

In all other respects the present provisions of The Flintshire County Council (Various Roads) (20mph, 30mph, 40mph, 50mph and National Speed Limits. Restricted and Derestricted Roads) Order 2023 will remain in force.
