Notice is hereby given that Eurotek Foundry Products Limited is applying to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council for hazardous substances consent for the Eurotek Foundry Products Limited Facility, Wistons Lane, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 9DT. The application is submitted due to a proposed increase in the quantity of hazardous substances stored on site.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the Eurotek Foundry Products Limited site during office hours from 02 December 2023 to the end of the day on 22 December 2023.
The hazardous substances authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
