Owner or Creditor in a Standard Security Unknown or Cannot be Found
Agnew Lane Ltd proposes to make an application to the Scottish Ministers under section 37 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 to register a community interest in land in relation to Agnew Lane, formerly 66 Albert Road, Glasgow G42 8DW.
If you are the owner of this land or a creditor in a standard security over part it, you should immediately contact the Community Body - agnewlane@gmail.com and the Community Land Team - crtb@gov.scot. Title details of the site and a map are also available for free by contacting the aforesaid organisations.
