ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
C120 COLESHILL ROAD, BENTLEY AND C6 MONKS PARK LANE,
MANCETTER
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows:
Coleshill Road – between its junctions with Monks Park Lane and
the B4116 Bentley Common (20/11/2023), Monks Park Lane
between its junctions with Coleshill Road and Ridge Lane/Birchley
Heath Road (21/11/2023).
Reason for Order: Carriageway inspection and testing, 09.30hrs-
15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 20 November 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 21 November 2023.
Access & Diversions: For Coleshill Road – Bentley Common,
Merevale Lane, A5 Watling Street, Long Street, Station Street,
Coleshill Road and vice versa. For Monks Park Lane – Ridge Lane,
Pipers Lane, B4114 (Coleshill Road, Nuneaton Road), B4116
(Atherstone Road, Coleshill Road), C120 Coleshill Road and
vice versa.

WITHY HILL ROAD, MIDDLETON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to provide fibre overhead cabling, closed
09.30hrs-1530 hrs.
Order Commences: 22 November 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 November 2023
Access & Diversion: Withy Hill Road, Lindridge Road, Holly Lane,
London Road and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the
following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BAKEHOUSE LANE, NETHER WHITACRE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable hydrant renewal.
Order Commences: 5 December 2023 for 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 December 2023.
Access & Diversion: Bakehouse Lane, Butchers Lane, Old Farm
Lane, Old House Farm Lane, Hoggrills End Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: GTM (Network Plus), Tel: 08455 040 123.
HURLEY COMMON, HURLEY
Order Effect: Road closed from junction with Brickkiln Lane to
Tamworth Street.
Reason for Order: To safely enable sluice valve chamber rebuild.
Order Commences: 4 December 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 December 2023.
Access & Diversion: Brickkiln Lane, Knowle Hill, Atherstone Road,
Atherstone Lane, Wigston Hill, Windmill Lane, Main Road, Baxterley
Road, Tamworth Road, Hurley Common and vice versa.
Contractor: GTM (Network Plus), Tel: 08455 040123.
MAIN ROAD, BAXTERLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point opposite
to the entrance to Baxterley Hall Farm House.
Reason for Order: To enable sluice valve rebuild chamber.
Order Commences: 7 December 2023 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 December 2023.
Access & Diversion: Main Road, Baxterley Road, Tamworth Road,
Hurley Common, Brick Kiln Lane, Knowle Hill, Atherstone Road,
Atherstone Lane, Wigston Hill, Windmill Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080820.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and
egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of
road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access
will be maintained where possible.

THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(NOTICE OF CREATION AGREEMENT)
PUBLIC FOOTPATH T203 MIDDLETON
On 14 November 2023 Warwickshire County Council confirmed the
above Creation Agreement made under section 25 of the Highways
Act 1980 and section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972 and
all other enabling powers.
Public Footpath T203 commences at point A (Grid Reference
SP 1782 9832) its junction with C78 Church Lane and runs generally
in a northerly direction for approximately 37 metres to Point B
(GR SP 1782 9836) its junction with Public Footpath T15 as shown
on the plan MEB/T203/Plan1.
The width of the route is 2 metres.
There are steps at Point A.
