I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being
made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
19 The Fold Whitley Bay –
APPLICATION NO: 23/01470/FULH
Mr Scott Winch is applying for planning permission
for Proposed single storey rear extension. Low level
boundary wall to front to match existing side wall to
garden. Rebuild existing rear boundary wall to same
footprint/heiight as existing in matching brickwork.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect
the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Flat A 44 Percy Gardens Tynemouth –
APPLICATION NO: 23/01508/FUL
Mrs P Flynn is applying for planning permission for Works
to rear off shoot – low pitched roof demolished, flat roof
with rooflight installed and windows sizes altered with
internal works.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect
the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an
appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is
to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing,
any representations made about this application will be
sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further
opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
Former Toy Museum Palace Building Grand Parade –
APPLICATION NO: 23/01388/FUL
Loungers is applying for planning permission for Change
of use from Class D1 to Class E and full internal fit-out
refurbishment works of the proposed unit as a Lounge bar
and restaurant.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect
the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

APPLICATION NO: 23/01478/FUL
Blake Hopkinson Architecture + Design Limited is applying
for planning permission for Provision of new traditional
awnings to 5no. windows, repointing of existing brickwork
and window reveals, redecoration of shop frontage and
replacement of existing cast iron downpipes including
repairs to existing gutters..
It is considered that the development proposed may affect
the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

APPLICATION NO: 23/01479/ADV
Blake Hopkinson Architecture + Design Limited is applying
for planning permission for Self adhesive vinyl graphic to
inside of each ground floor and first floor window. Fascia
sign with individual vinyl letters to existing shop frontage
fascia. Hanging sign panel with self adhesive vinyl lettering
to both sides.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect
the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
