RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL

PROPOSED INCREASE IN HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE LICENCE FEES
Notice is hereby given that Ribble Valley Borough Council pursuant to Section 70(3) of the
Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 has resolved to increase the fees
charged in respect of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licences with effect from the 1 April
2024

In accordance with the provisions of the Act, objections may be made. Such objections, specifying the grounds thereof, should be made in writing and sent or delivered to the undersigned to be received no later than 28 days from the date of publication i.e., on or before 13 th December 2023.

Copies of this notice may be examined at Level B of the Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, on Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) without payment.
