THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND
NOTIFICATION OF STATUTORY PROPOSAL FOR HUDSON ROAD PRIMARY SCHOOL

ESTABLISH A RESOURCED SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH UNIT
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 19 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, that it is the intention of Sunderland City Council, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA to make a prescribed alteration to
Hudson Road Primary School, Villiers Street South,
Sunderland SR1 2AH
by establishing a 16-place resourced Special Educational Needs Unit with effect from 1st September 2024. The Unit established will provide for Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This will be based at and managed by Hudson Road Primary School.
Hudson Road Primary School is a Primary School maintained by Sunderland City Council.
