NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space known as Morton Playing Fields, Main Road, Morton Alfreton, by way of a lease.
A plan showing the area to be disposed of is attached.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference BT.106707 before the 30th November 2023.
