GETHYN GEOFFREY WILLIAM TREE – IN BANKRUPTCY
IN THE COUNTY COURT AT LINCOLN No.29 of 2022
By order of the Court dated 20 October 2023, Gethyn Geoffrey William Tree must attend upon the County Court at Lincoln, 360 High Street, Lincoln LN5 7PS on 9 January 2024 at 12.30pm for the purpose of being publicly examined in respect of his bankruptcy affairs. If he does not cooperate and attend then he is placed on notice that bankruptcy order may continue until such time as he has fully cooperated with the Official Receiver in respect of his bankruptcy affairs. In addition if he fails to attend without reasonable excuse at the time and place stated above then he will be guilty of Contempt of Court (Section 290(5) of the Insolvency Act 1986) and liable to be arrested without further notice (Section 364 of the Insolvency Act 1986) and liable to be committed to prison or fined.
