LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980 –
Disposal of Public Open Space of Land to The Front of
88 Macclesfield Road Holmes Chapel CW4 8AH
1. Cheshire East Borough Council proposes, in accordance with
Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended
by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980) to
dispose of open land by a freehold transfer.

5pm on 3rd November 2023 Please state the grounds on which
it is made. Objections and representations sent by email to
