Notice Under Section 123 (2) (A) of The Local Government Act 1972
Land at Watchet Lane, Holmer Green
Notice is hereby given under the above Act of the intention of Buckinghamshire Council to lease an area of land of approximately 14.5 acres (5.877 hectares) of open space land atWatchet Lane, Holmer Green on a long lease to Holmer Green Sports Association for the continued use as a sports ground. A plan showing the land in question is available for inspection at Buckinghamshire Council Offices, King George V House, King George V Road, Amersham, HP6 5AW and at Buckinghamshire Council Offices, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, HP11 1BG between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Any objection to the proposed lease should be sent in writing to the Head of Asset Management Team, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF or by email to amt@buckinghamshire.gov.uk not later than Friday 3 November 2023.
