NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD
TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Maw Green Road, Crewe
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in
exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made
an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Maw Green Road, Crewe – From the
railway bridge to Maw Lane.
The alternative route will be via Maw Lane, The Dingle, Crewe
Road, Crewe Road Roundabout, Sydney Road, Maw Green Road
and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 16 October 2023
and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as
is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway,
although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by
Friday 27 October 2023.

Wrenbury Road, Newhall
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council
in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made
an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Whitchurch Road, Newhall – From the
junction of Wrenbury Road to Dodds Green Lane.
Wrenbury Road, Newhall – From the junction of Whitchurch Road
to Sandy Lane.
For diversion and specific dates please visit one.network.
This order will come into operation on Saturday 21 October 2023
and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as
is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway,
although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by
Sunday 29 October 2023.
