What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED. THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
DEEPDENE AVENUE, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic and parking In Deepdene Avenue, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Deepdene Avenue will be closed between Its junction with Ranmore Avenue and the southern end of the road.
b) Parking bays within the above section of Deepdene Avenue will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply within those areas at any time.
3. The Order will come into operation on 02 October 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 11 October 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ADDISCOMBE ROAD, BLAKE ROAD & BRICKWOOD ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate tram link-related road re-surfacing works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Addiscombe Road, Blake Road and Brickwood Road.
2. Whilst the works are taking place:
a) Addiscombe Road will be closed between its junctions with Cherry Orchard Road and Bisenden Road.
b) Parking bays in Blake Road and Bisenden Road will be suspended to provide parking for residents of Addiscombe Road, who will not have access to their driveways during the works.
3. The Order will come into operation on 21 October 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 29 October 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
4. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative routes for vehicular traffic will be via Cedar Road (to access side streets - Colson Road, Blake Road, Brickwood Road), or via Cherry Orchard Road, Lower Addiscombe Road, Shirley Road, Addiscombe Road, Chepstow Road, Fairfield Road and Addiscombe Grove, or via Addiscombe Grove, Fairfield Road, Chepstow Road, and Park Hill Rise.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ARKWRIGHT ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new gas connection works by SGN, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Arkwright Road, South Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle in Arkwright Road to proceed south-westbound (towards Morley Road) at its junction with Upper Selsdon Road.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via Upper Selsdon Road, Elmfield Way and Hurst Avenue, or via Upper Selsdon Road, Addington Road and Church Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 23 October 2023, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ASHBURTON ROAD & BINGHAM ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate tram link-related drainage renewal works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Bingham Road and Ashburton Road.
2. Whilst the works are taking place:
(a) Bingham Road will be closed between its junctions with Colworth Road and Lower Addiscombe Road.
(b) Parking in Bingham Road will be suspended between its junctions with Colworth Road and Lower Addiscombe Road and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time.
(c) Parking in Ashburton Road will be suspended between its junction with Lower Addiscombe Road and the common boundary of Nos. 50 and 52 Ashburton Road and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time.
3. The Order will come into operation on 16 October 2023 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on
02 November 2023. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
4. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Lower Addiscombe Road(A222), Cherry Orchard Road(A222), Addiscombe Grove (A222), Fairfield Road (A232), Chepstow Road (A232), Addiscombe Road (A232) and Shirley Road(A215).
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work, (a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
