Proposed Disposal of Public Open Space – Land on the southwest side of Hinksford Lane, Swindon, South Staffordshire.
NOTICE is hereby given that South Staffordshire District Council intends to dispose of the leasehold land on the southwest side of Hinksford Lane, Swindon, South Staffordshire. The proposed disposal is the sale of the leasehold to Swindon Parish Council to use as a cricket and recreation ground, bowling club and allotment.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to South Staffordshire District Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX for the attention of the Corporate Director Chief Operating Officer. A plan showing the area to be disposed of can be provided upon request by calling 01902696000.
Any objections must be received by 5pm on Friday 27th October 2023.
