AND IN THE MATTER OF VALERIE ANN BROWN
NOTICE FOR KIN
Notice is hereby given that Lillian Janelle Wesch (the Receiver) of Seefelderstrasse 8, 88690, Uhldingen-Muhlhofen, Germany, who has been appointed receiver for Valerie Ann Brown (the Patient) by the Supreme Court of Bermuda, intends to apply to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for the settlement of the Patient’s property under s.52(1)(d) of the Mental Health Act 1968. Any person having or who may have a beneficial interest in the estate of the Patient because of their relationship to the Patient by blood, should inform the Receiver (or the attorneys for the Receiver) within thirty (30) days of the date of this notice so that the prospect of any such interest in the Patient’s estate may be considered in the intended application for settlement of the Patient’s estate.
