What is happening?
DISPOSAL OF LAND FORMING PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
LAND TO THE SOUTH OF ROTHWELL ROAD, SYCAMORE DRIVE,
DESBOROUGH
NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given by North Northamptonshire Council (“the Council"):
1. That, in accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council intends to dispose of land to the south of Rothwell Road, Sycamore Drive, Desborough (the “Site”).
2. The Site includes areas of land which may be deemed to consist of public open space.
3. The disposal of the freehold interest in the Site is to release the land for housing development and ancillary uses.
The Plan showing the Site may be inspected during normal office hours at North Northamptonshire Council Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants NN15 7QX and is available via the weblink below: www.northnorthants.gov.uk/publicnotice001
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, to Executive Director of Customer and Governance North Northamptonshire Council, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants NN15 7QX or email Estates@northnorthants.gov.uk no later than 5pm on [28 days from first Notice].
