(Pre-Application Consultation)

(Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for the erection of purpose-built student accommodation (Sui Generis) with other potential uses such as a gym (Class 11) and restaurant/cafe (Class 3), and associated landscaping and works on land at 109 West Nile Street, Glasgow.

The first of two consultation events will take place on Thursday 24 August 2023 at the Ibis Styles Hotel, 116 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DN, between 1pm and 7pm. Members of the design team will be available to discuss the proposals, receive feedback, and answer any queries during this time.

If you wish to make comments on the proposal shown at this first event you may do so via the feedback form available at the event or the website, by email at consult@109westnilestreet. com, or in writing to Turley, 7-9 North St David St, Edinburgh, EH2 1AW, no later than 7 September 2023.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
