Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(2a)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that Sheffield City Council (‘’the Council’’) intends to dispose of land that is designated as public open space.
Measuring approximately 119 sqm and located adjacent to 243-251 Andover Street Shops, Sheffield, S3 9EP, Sheffield City Council intend to dispose of an area of land which may be considered an open space.
A plan showing the area of disposal can be inspected at the Moorfoot Building, Sheffield, S1 4PL between the hours of 8.45am and 4.45pm Monday to Friday.
Any objections or representations regarding the intended disposals must be made in writing by no later than 12 noon on 7 September 2023 and addressed to Kieran Carroll, Regeneration & Property Services, Sheffield City Council, 1 Union Street, Howden House, Floor 4, Sheffield S1 2SH; the grounds for any objection should be stated.
