OPEN SPACES PURPOSES
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTIONS 123(1), 123(2A)
LAND WITHIN ROKER PARK, SUNDERLAND


Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Sunderland proposes to [dispose/lease] of an area of land within Roker Park, Sunderland presently held by the Council for open space purposes.
A plan showing the land and a brief statement of reasons are available to be examined free of charge by appointment at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA Please email statutoryorders@sunderland.gov.uk to arrange an appointment to view the documents.
Written objections to the proposals together with the grounds on which they are made should either be addressed to the Assistant Director of Law and Governance, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA or emailed to josephine.hooton@sunderland.gov.uk before [ 2023]
