Fe'ch hysbysir drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen wedi cymeradwyo Cynllun Taliadau Newydd fydd yn berthnasol i Gyflwyniadau Rheoli Adeiladu sy'n cael eu cyflwyno ar 1 Mehefin 2023 neu wedi hynny.
Mae cop'iau o'r Cynllun hwn ar gael i'w gweld yn Nhy Blaen Torfaen, Ffordd Panteg, Y Dafarn Newydd, Pont-y-pwl, NP4 0LS.

(LOCAL AUTHORITY CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2010
You are hereby informed that Torfaen County Borough Council has approved a New Scheme of Charges that will be applicable to Building Regulation Submissions that are deposited on or after 1st June 2023.
Copies of this Scheme can be inspected at Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, Pontypool, NP4 0LS.
