What is happening?

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL MARRIAGE ACT 1994 AND THE MARRIAGES AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 2005

Suffolk County Council has received an application from Ashley Beale for The Bell Hotel Saxmundham, 31 High Street, Saxmundham IP17 1AF to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004. Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at The Registration Office, 26a Quayside, Woodbridge IP12 1BH and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9.30am - 4pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Any representation or objection with respect to this application may be sent in writing to Jane Parker, Head of Registration Services, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 2BX or to: venuelicensing@suffolk.gov.uk before 23/05/2023 stating the grounds on which it is made.
