Notice of the making of an Order to temporarily close Public Bridleway EE233 in the Parishes of Worth and Sholden

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Bridleway EE233 between Blue Pigeons Farm, The Street and Sandwich Road from the 3 March 2023
The path will be closed for a maximum of six months.
The path is closed because there is a likelihood of danger to users.
There is no alternative route and will be signed for the duration of the closure.

Notice of the intention to make an Order to temporarily close Public Footpaths HF8 & HF56 in the Parish of Sandgate
In The District of Folkestone & Hythe

(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2023
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
Kent County Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Footpath HF8 for its entire length between Public Footpaths HF59 & HF69 and Public Footpath HF56 for 75m around the southeast of Martello Tower No.6 from the 03 April 2023.
The paths will be closed for a maximum of six months, although it is expected that they will reopen sooner.
The paths are to be closed because development works are planned on or near them.
Alternative routes are available, parallel to Public Footpaths HF8, HF69 & HF56 to the northwest of Martello No.6 and will be signed for the duration of the closure.

PROW - IN THE BOROUGH OF GRAVESHAM
Notice of extension of an Order temporarily closing Public Footpath NU5 in the town of Gravesend
In The Borough of Gravesham

(Public Footpath NU5)
(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2021
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
The Secretary of State for Transport has directed that the Order made by Kent County Council on the 15 March 2021, the effect of which was to prohibit all traffic from Public Footpath NU5, and subsequently extended until 15 March 2023 has been extended for a further 9 months, until the 15 December 2023.
The path is closed between Crete Hall Road and Old Sun Wharf.
The alternative route is via Rosherville Steps and will be signed for the duration of the closure.

Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Footpath WT224 between Public Footpath WT226 and Public Footpath WT222 from the 13 March 2023
The path will be closed for a maximum of six months, although it is expected that it will reopen 11 April 2023
The path is to be closed because works are planned on or near it.
The alternative route is via Public Footpaths WT226 and WT221 and will be signed for the duration of the closure.
