(Adel Pasture, Adel Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because vehicle crossing works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the under mentioned highway, Leeds City Council has today made an
Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along
Adel Pasture, Adel, Leeds. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles
will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 13th March 2023 and will
remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to be completed by Monday 20th March 2023. streetworks.coordin@

(Central Road, Leeds) (Temporary Suspension & Relocation of Disabled Parking
Bays & Temporary No Right Turn & Bus Lane Exemptions) Order 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being executed on or near the under
mentioned highways construction works Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect
of which is to: 1.Temporarily Suspend the use of disabled parking bays situated on Central
Road, Leeds between its junctions with Duncan Street and Kirkgate; so that no person shall
cause or permit any vehicle from entering the bays, nor stop, wait, load or unload within them.
2. Temporarily Relocate of the above disabled parking bays, from Central Road to that section
of The Calls, that runs between High Court and Crown Street. 3. Provide a temporarily
exemption from the existing right turn ban from Central Road, in respect of specific delivery
vehicles requiring construction site access only, Such vehicles will also temporarily permitted
to enter the bus gates on Duncan Street and Boar Lane between Central Road and Mill Hill,
along with the bus gate on Kirkgate, for the same purpose. Essential access to premises and
for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on
Thursday 2 March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until
the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday

(Rathmell Road, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Drainage, Resurfacing and Highway Construction
works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways,
Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will
be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Rathmell Road, Leeds, in
the Temple Newsam Ward, between its junctions with Westminster Crescent and Ullswater
Crescent. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via:
Westminster Crescent, Ingleton Drive, Ullswater Crescent. Essential access to and from
premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come
into operation on Monday 27th March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of
18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas mains works are being or are proposed to be
executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less
than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit
any vehicle to travel along Carlton Lane, Guiseley, Leeds in the Guiseley & Rawdon Ward
between its junctions with Town Street and Carlton Drive. A diversionary route for vehicles
affected by the closure will be available via: Town Street, Queensway, Haworth Lane, Well Hill,
Harper Lane, Cemetery Road and Vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for
emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into  operation on
Monday 20 March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until
the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 31 March

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because National Powergrid works are being or are proposed to
be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less
than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit
any vehicle to travel along Park Street, Armley, Leeds, between its junctions with Park Grove and
Park Mount. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Park
Grove, Armley Ridge Road, Park Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises
and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation
on Monday 27 March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until
the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Thursday 6 April

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or
near the under mentioned highway(s) for installation of City-Fibre chambers and cabinets,
Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will
be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Buslingthorpe Lane,
Chapeltown, Leeds, between its junctions with Meanwood Road and Scott Hall Road.
Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Meanwood Road,
Sackville Street, Sheepscar Street North; and via Sheepscar Street North, Chapeltown Road,
Sheepscar Street South, Meanwood Road. Essential access to and from premises and for
emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended come into operation on Monday
13 March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works
are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 24 April 2023.
