What is happening?




DITCHER LAW WIND FARM PUBLIC EXHIBITION

E Power Limited is holding a public information session regarding the proposed Ditcher Law Wind Farm and associated infrastructure (including battery storage) located near Oxton, in the Scottish Borders (Grid Reference 349946, 656484).
Exhibitions will be held at;
Carfraemill Hotel,
Oxton, Lauder,
TD2 6RA
Oxton Memorial Hal,
Station Road, Oxton, Lauder,
TD2 6PL
March 14th, 11-2pm
March 14th, 3-7pm
March 30th 11-2pm
March 30th 3-7pm

This is in accordance with Electricity Act 1989 - sections 36 and 37: applications guidance.
Information about the proposal will be on display and project representatives in attendance to answer any questions.
All information available at the event will also be available online at http://www.ditcherlawinfo.co.uk/
In addition, information already submitted to the Energy Consents Unit can be found on the planning portal using the reference; ECU00002173.
Interested parties can also contact the Project Manager at epower@turnkeydev.com.
Preapplication comments and queries can be shared with the project team by way of feedback form on the day of the event or posted to; E Power Ltd, 15 Pitreavie Court, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfermline, KY11 8UU; or by phone to: 07542754642 (Smithy House Associates). A questionnaire is also available on the website noted above.
Statements made to the project team are not formal planning representations. If a planning application is submitted to the Scottish Government Energy Consents Unit, then there will be an opportunity to make a direct representation to the ECU.
