Notice of Intended Disposal
of Open Space Land at
ROTHERSIDE ROAD,
ECKINGTON, S21 4HL
North East Derbyshire District Council
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the above mentioned Act that North East Derbyshire District Council intends to dispose of the following land:
28.8 sq mtrs of land at Rotherside Road, Eckington,S21 4HL, with the intent that the land shall be used for a replacement electricity substation.
A plan of the land may be inspected at North East Derbyshire District Council, Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield S42 6NG on Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website.

NOTE: Any person who objects to the proposed disposal of the above mentioned parcel of land should notify the Assistant Director of Property, Estates and Assets, North East Derbyshire District Council, Council Offices, 2013 Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield S42 6NG in writing of their said objections no later than the close of business on the 1st April 2023
