TAKE NOTICE that Mid Sussex District Council (‘the Council’) proposes to grant a lease to Ansty Community Sports Club (‘the Club’) of land at Ansty Recreation Ground, Deaks Lane, Ansty, West Sussex (‘the Ground’) which forms part of open space land. The lease will be of land measuring approximately 589 square metres in area for use as a cricket nets enclosure and scoreboard. The Council also proposes to grant a supplementary lease to the Club of part of the land at the Ground extending the existing area of a cricket equipment store by an additional 13 square metres approximately. The term of each lease will be from a date to be agreed up to and including 20th April 2049. The approximate position of both pieces of land is shown on block plans that can be inspected at the Council’s Offices at Oaklands, Haywards Heath. Any person who wishes to object to these proposals should give their reasons in writing to the undersigned by the 23rd March 2023 quoting the reference stated below. Any objections received will be considered by the Council in deciding whether or not to grant the proposed leases.
