Proposed Grant of Lease of the Retrospect, 83 High Street, Cowes, Isle of Wight
The Trustees of the Sir Max Aitken Museum Trust (registered charity no. 278455) hereby give Notice of their intention to grant lease of The Retrospect, 83 High Street Cowes.
The lease is intended to be for a term of 4 years beginning on 1 January 2023.
The property to be leased is held in trust for the Sir Max Aitken Museum Trust which is a non-exempt charity and the purpose of this Notice is to comply with Sections 121(2) the Charities Act 2011.
If you consider that you are in any way affected by the proposed grant of the lease of this property, then you should submit your written comments to the Trustees of the Sir Max Aitken Museum Trust by no later than 15th March 2023. You should address your comments to The Sir Max Aitken Museum Trust, The Prospect, 83 High Street, Cowes, Isle of Wight PO31 7AJ.
