NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine.
Derbyshire County Council
(Footpath between Bostock’s Lane and Public Footpath
No 17 - Parish of Risley) Modification Order 2011 and will attend at:
Sandiacre Town Cricket Club, Longmoor Lane, Sandiacre, Nottingham, NG10 5JJ.
On 28th March 2023 at 10.00am
To hold a public local inquiry into the Order.
The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them a Footpath in the Parish of Risley from Point A (GR SK 4700 3562) proceeding in a generally west south westerly direction to Point B (GR SK 4665 3551), a distance of 375 metres or thereabouts, as shown on the Order Map.
