1. Documents (Limited grand) regarding the estate of NORMAN DOUGLAS SCOTT, formerly from England, deceased, to Lawyer Marios Foivou of Epaminondas Korakides L.L.C. or to any other person the Court may deem fair and proper, for the limited purpose of registering a specially backed summons and have it served, in order to decide the claims of the Applicant against the estate of the aforementioned deceased by virtue of: The loan agreement entered into between the Applicant, MARY SCOTT, DIANE SCOTT and the deceased on 26/2/2007 with account number 647-459-000290-0 and the assignment agreement dated 26/2/2007.
2. A Court Ruling ordering the suggested administrator to sign all necessary documents required by law and/or regulations necessary for the granting of the Restricted Administration Documents and the issuance of the relevant ruling on the limited administration of the estate of the above deceased, NORMAN DOUGLAS SCOTT, formerly from England.
3. Any other ruling the Court may deem appropriate under the circumstances.
4. The expenses for this application.

The application is based on articles 17, 19 and 58 of the Administration of Estates of Deceased Persons Law (Cap. 189), regulations 9, 28, 31 and 33(b) of the Administration of Estates Regulations 1955 and the Procedural Rules of Civil Procedure. Sworn Affidavit
I, the undersigned, Mr. Kostas Vrionis from Paphos, take an oath and report the following:
1. I am an employee of the Applicant to the application bearing the aforementioned title and number, I am personally aware of the facts surrounding this case, except those for which I refer to the source of my information and I am fully authorised by the Applicant to make this sworn affidavit.
2. NORMAN DOUGLAS SCOTT, formerly from England, passed away on 20/6/2007 in Ashington Northumberland, England. I am attaching hereto a death certificate, marked as Exhibit A.
3. Pursuant to a Loan Agreement dated 26/2/2007 the Applicant agreed to and granted a loan to MARY SCOTT, DIANE SCOTT and the decedent on 26/2/2007 under account number 647- 459-000290-0. I am attaching hereto a copy of the loan agreement, marked as Exhibit B.
4. To secure his obligations to the Applicant, the deceased and his wife, MARY SCOTT, signed an assignment agreement dated 26/2/2007, whereby he assigned his rights to the deed of sale dated 25/1/2007. I am attaching hereto a copy of the assignment agreement dated 26/2/2007, marked as Exhibit C.
5. The debit balance of the loan with account number 647-459-000290-0 as at 29/3/2022 amounted to €425,050.10. I am attaching hereto a copy of the loan account balance, marked as Exhibit D.
6. The applicant intends to register a specially backed summons and to proceed with its claims against the estate of the above mentioned deceased and against his wife, MARY SCOTT and his daughter, DIANE SCOTT. Upon service of the summons, they will be notified of the commencement of court proceedings and of the appointment of the proposed administrator.
7. To the best of my knowledge and belief and from what the lawyers of the applicant inform me, in order for the applicant to be able to register the backed summons, to have it served and proceed with its claims against the estate of the aforementioned deceased, the appointment of an administrator is required.
8. To the best of my knowledge and belief and as I have been informed by the Records of Administrations of deceased persons, to date no person has showed any interest for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of the a forementioned deceased.
9. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the usual place of residence of the aforementioned deceased, prior to his death was Ashington Northumberland, England.
10. His wife, MARY SCOTT, or any other member of the family showed no interest in the appointment of an administrator for the estate of the deceased.
11. To the best of my knowledge and belief and from what the lawyers of the applicant inform me, in order for the applicant to be able to register a specially backed summons, to have it served and proceed with its claims against the estate of the aforementioned deceased, the appointment of an administrator is required, while it is fair and just for an administrator of the estate of NORMAN DOUGLAS SCOTT, deceased, to be appointed for such limited purpose.
12. The Applicant proposes the appointment of Marios Foivou of EPAMINONDAS KORAKIDES L.L.C., who consents to such appointment. The consent is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit E.
