What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 Notice is hereby given that on the 19th April 2023 Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to South Gloucestershire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises McColls, 24 Abbotswood Centre, Yate, Avon BS37 4NG. The proposed variation is;- 1. To amend the plan annexed to the premises licence and to change the name to Morrisons Daily. 2. To add delivery conditions onto the Premises Licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment & Community Services, Trading Standards & Licensing, PO Box 1954, Bristol BS37 0DD no later than 17th May 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of South Gloucestershire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at https://www.southglos.gov.uk or by Tel 01454 868001. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
