LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that We Desata Ldn, Highams Farm, Sheepbarn Lane, Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9PQ
do hereby give notice that We have applied to the Licensing Authority at The London Borough of
Bromley for a new Premises Licence, submitted on this date: 21st April 2023
Proposed licensable activities: Live and recorded music sale of alcohol, and food.
This is a new application for the grant of a Premises Licence.
All representations must be received within 28 days after the date of application. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing, stating the grounds of objection, to: Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH. Representations may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours by an appointment; or viewed on the Council's website: www.bromley.gov.uk - search applications.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is currently unlimited.
