I Daryl Peter Chadwick Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Gateshead Council for the aplication of a Premises Licence Premises at Barker & Stonehouse Gibside Way Metro retail park Gateshead NE11 9XS. Known and trading as Chadwick & co

The application is to permit the following licensable activities: To Provide alcohol for the consumption on the premises Monday to Saturday11am to 8pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 28/3/23 and sent to Licensing Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Regent St, Gateshead, NE18 1HH.

The Licensing Service, The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
