APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Levi Kestle, have applied to Ashfield District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence, in respect of the following establishment: Liquid Lounge, 23 High Street, Hucknall, NG15 7HJ
Which would authorise the following licensable activities: The Supply of Alcohol & Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 12:00-23:00
Representations may be made regarding the proposed application, either in writing to The Licensing Authority, Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA or by email to: licensing@ashfield.gov.uk by no later than: 30th March 2023
The record of this application can be viewed during standard office hours by an appointment with the Licensing Authority at the Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5000.00).
