What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003
Take notice that T H Food LTD - has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as FRESCO’Z Pizza & Kebab, 278 Colne Road, Burnley, BB10 1DZ.
The proposed application is as follows:-
Serving customers Hot Food including;
Pizza, Kebabs, Burgers, Grill Food.
THE PROVISION OF LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT - MONDAY TO SUNDAY -
3PM to 1AM
