The following licensable activities are proposed during the following times:
increase the hours of licensable activities & add Dance & Film & increase the licensable area for the sale of alcohol. Remove License condition 2.1. Film/Live & Recorded Music/Dance/Alcohol Sunday to Thursday 11:30 to 23:00 Friday and Saturday 11:30 to 02:00 Late Night Refreshment Friday and Saturday 11:30 to 02:00 all with seasonal variations
Any person or responsible authority may make representations to the licensing authority no later than than 04 April 2023. Any representations must be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
