Any person wishing to make representations about this application may do so in writing to, the Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton Le Fylde FY6 7PU or by email to licensing@wyre.gov.uk no later than 28 days after the date of this notice 2/3/23. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000
