Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is herby given that an application has been made to wyre council for a new premises licence which is summarised below. Any person wishing to make representations about this application may do so in writing to, the Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton Le Fylde FY6 7PU or by email to licensing@wyre.gov.uk no later than 28 days after the date of this notice 2/3/23. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

Premises: 11 Caldicot Way FY6 7LP the application is for 24hr licence to sell alcohol online only, a copy of the application can be viewed at the licensing authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000
