Application for a Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain
Limited have made an application under Section 17
of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
Buckinghamshire Council for a Premises Licence
for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Buckingham Road,
Aylesbury, HP19 9QH (Site is vacant Stratstone
Land Rover car showroom) for sale of alcohol by
retail for consumption off the premises during the
hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any responsible authorities or other persons
wishing to make representations on this application
must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team,
Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse
Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF or by emailing:
Your representation must be received by no later
than 04/04/2023 and should clearly state the
grounds upon which the representations are made.
Full details of this application and the proposed
activities may be viewed during normal office hours
at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council,
The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury,
Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF or at the
Buckinghamshire Council website – It is an offence for
anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with a licence application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction is unlimited.
